Description
Cyber Hygiene is a simple and practical training designed for civil servants, which as a part of their work deal with official data and various types of information, and use computers and other IT resources to as perform their official responsibilities.
The training start with an introduction to the basics of cybersecurity and why it is important. Then, it defines what is a hacker, types of hackers, and hacking mechanism used by them to target individuals and organizations.
Finally, the training provides to the participants the knowledge and strategies required to safeguard against cyber-attacks and maintain online safety. At the end of each module there will be a knowledge review, and final knowledge assessment test will be conducted upon completion of the course.

Training method: Online, training method study according to their preferred schedule!
Training duration: 60 minutes
This online module is designed to be clear, practical and interactive for public officials. The structure is divided into an introduction, 12 main topics, short tests after each topic, a final test and a conclusion. Each topic includes: thematic explanation, short video, hypothetical case and evaluation questions. Participants must pass the short tests to continue and only after passing the final test (≥80% accuracy) is it considered that the training has been successfully completed and an electronic certificate is generated.
The content of this module is based on the Law on Prevention of Conflict of Interest in the Exercise of Public Function and other acts that regulate the prevention of conflict of interest and ethics in the exercise of public functions. Except in cases where it was impossible, the language of this module presents a simple and not legally burdensome language.
Objektivat dhe qëllimi i kursit "Ndryshimet e Rregullores Nr. 001/2022 Për Prokurimin Publik" janë si vijon:
Objektivat:
- Të prezantohet njohuria bazë për pjesëmarrësit në lidhje me rregulloren aktuale për prokurimin publik.
- Të identifikohen dhe të shpjegohen ndryshimet specifike në dispozitat e Rregullores Nr. 001/2022.
- Të ofrohet një kuptim të qartë për efektet dhe implikimet e ndryshimeve të bëra në rregullore.
- Të ndihmohet pjesëmarrësit në përdorimin e informacionit të fituar në zbatimin e rregullores në kontekstin e punës së tyre të përditshme në prokurim publik.
Qëllimi: Qëllimi kryesor i këtij kursi është të sigurojë që pjesëmarrësit të jenë në dijeni të plotë me ndryshimet e fundit në dispozitat e Rregullores Nr. 001/2022 Për Prokurimin Publik. Përmes prezantimit të informacionit të përditësuar dhe shpjegimit të këtyre ndryshimeve, synohet të përgatitet pjesëmarrësit të cilët janë të aftë të aplikojnë këtë njohuri në praktikën e tyre të përditshme në fushën e prokurimit publik.
Ky kurs është destinuar për Autoritetet Kontraktuese që do të menaxhojnë kontratat në
proceset e prokurimit publik.
Që përdoruesi i Autoritetit Kontraktues të fillojë menaxhimin e kontratave, ajo / ai duhet të:
• jetë përdorues i sistemit (përfundoi me sukses procesin e regjistrimit)
• ketë rolin e Menaxherit të Kontratës në sistem
• futet në sistem me emrin e përdoruesit dhe fjalëkalimin e tij
