This online module is designed to be clear, practical, and interactive for public officials. The structure is divided into an introduction, 10 main topics, short quizzes after each topic, a final test, and a conclusion. Each topic includes: a thematic explanation, short videos, a hypothetical case, and assessment questions. Participants must pass the short quizzes in order to proceed, and only after passing the final test (≥80% accuracy) is the training considered successfully completed and an electronic certificate generated.
