This online module is designed to be clear, practical and interactive for public officials. The structure is divided into an introduction, 12 main topics, short tests after each topic, a final test and a conclusion. Each topic includes: thematic explanation, short video, hypothetical case and evaluation questions. Participants must pass the short tests to continue and only after passing the final test (≥80% accuracy) is it considered that the training has been successfully completed and an electronic certificate is generated.
The content of this module is based on the Law on Prevention of Conflict of Interest in the Exercise of Public Function and other acts that regulate the prevention of conflict of interest and ethics in the exercise of public functions. Except in cases where it was impossible, the language of this module presents a simple and not legally burdensome language.
